Paul Patton PMI Manufacturing Success Conference Award

Jake MacDonald from BLANCO is the 2024 Paul Patton PMI Manufacturing Success Conference Award recipient. Nominated by co-worker Lars Christensen, MacDonald is responsible for quality, certification and approvals of all BLANCO products. His colleagues praise his dedication, unique leadership, and support. “Jake works tirelessly and 200% for BLANCO every day!” his nomination form states. Congratulations to Jake, from the entire PMI community!

The Paul Patton PMI Manufacturing Success Conference Award was instituted to recognize an employee of a PMI member company who shows outstanding potential for a career in plumbing manufacturing. The award recipient receives complimentary registration to the PMI Manufacturing Success Conference, including the PMI Inspiring Leaders Program and PMI Meeting of the Membership. The award’s namesake Paul Patton was a former president of the PMI Board of Directors. He was passionate about developing the talents of young people and industry newcomers, having served as a mentor for interns at Delta Faucet Company and as an advisor for students at Butler University.

Nominations for the 2025 award will be evaluated starting summer 2025

Any employee of a PMI-member company who is nominated by a fellow employee or team member is eligible for the award. Nominees must show career potential and possess outstanding characteristics relating to leadership, community service, teamwork, or other personal qualities.

Fill out this nominating form and email to Jodi Stuhrberg at jstuhrberg@safeplumbing.org.

The 2025 winner will be recognized at the PMI25 Meeting of the Membership, Nov. 5 in Chicago.
