Registration for the PMI CEO Thinking Forum is all-inclusive and features Lior Arussy's ‘Customer Experience as a Growth Strategy' program, two overnight guest room accommodations at the luxury Gold Coast hotel, Viceroy Chicago, and all meals. Confirmation of your hotel reservation for Wed. Sept., 18, and Thurs. Sept. 19, will be sent separately via email closer to the program date.

On Wednesday evening we will host a welcome reception at the Viceroy Chicago. Thursday will feature Lior Arussy’s program, an exploration of Chicago's Gold Coast, and a reception and dinner at the iconic Gibsons Steakhouse.

When planning your travel to Chicago, please be sure to include travel time from the airport to Viceroy Chicago.

Hotel parking and breakfast on Fri., Sept. 20 are not included.
